This is a layout of the type I plan to use in order to create a stripe down the middle of the columns, aligning them to the left and right, I want it to be basic and simplistic to appeal to the audience.
I've also been looking at different typefaces for the logo as I've decided it should be a serif typeface because I want it to reflect a smart, intellectual feel.
